Introduction
What ngVision is and how the documentation is organized.
Welcome to the ngVision documentation. ngVision is a client-server platform for distributed network measurement, diagnostics and service assurance. This manual walks you through installation, configuration and day-to-day operation.
Example content
These pages are placeholder data used to validate the documentation layout. The final content will replace them section by section.
Architecture at a glance
ngVision is built from three tightly integrated parts: a central controller and two families of agents you deploy wherever network visibility is needed.
- Controller - the central console for managing agents, tasks, results and alerts.
- Docker agent - a container probe for fixed infrastructure locations.
- Mobile agent - an Android probe for Wi-Fi and field measurements.
